After that we´ll walk a long way up to Plaza de Mulas Base camp, which after such an effort, will reward us with an incredible view of Aconcagua´s West Wall at sunset and it´ll give us the chance to spend some time with mountaineers from all over the world that get ready to reach the summit. The services include professional mountain guide, full-board lodging in base camp for four nights in mountain tents, and above all our experience in Aconcagua for over twenty years.

Your guide
Our service provider is the leading company of expeditions and trekkings in Mt Aconcagua, with an enviable reputation for summit success and an unrivaled client safety record.
How hard it is
Trekking Aconcagua and trekking in general requires cardiovascular endurance (via aerobic training), strength endurance (through strength conditioning), and hiking-specific training (via hiking with a pack). Being in strong physical shape is one of the most important aspects for success on a high altitude trek.
During your training, you should be planning to progressively ramp up your speed, duration (time or mileage), and pack weight of weekly training hikes to give you hiking-specific conditioning that cannot be matched by any other sort of training. Daily training is an important part of preparation coupled with longer hikes on weekends. Please feel free to contact our office for further assistance in preparing for your trek.
